We use a reputable overnight courier service - items will be dispatched next working day for delivery usually within 2-3 working days from the date of order. 1. If there is no "buy it now" option, then please don't ask for one as its intended to be an auction which will run until its end time.

If you are outside the UK mainland, then shipping is usually via the Ebay Global Shipping Program where the shipping prices are paid by you direct to ebay, whom then ship the goods to you from a UK hub. If you don`t want to use this option, please ask for a shipping quote BEFORE placing an order.
3. For any item where there is no original packaging the shipping costs include the cost to package the item to ensure safe delivery. No collection service is offered - all items are for delivery to your address only.

5. Should your item arrive damaged or not be working correctly, then please make contact with us first before creating a return or starting a dispute. Although rare, items damaged or not working due to courier handling can usually be resolved amicably without the need for a dispute!
