Having been trading on ebay since 2001, you can buy in confidence from a trusted UK VAT registered business seller.
All items are checked before dispatch and come with FREE RETURNS for 30 days for any reason. Get piece of mind that if you are not happy with an item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (items must be "as supplied" - i.e returned in the same condition, and the warranty seal on the item must NOT be broken).
The majority of items described as 'used' are in full working order but may show cosmetic marks resulting from everyday use. Any more significant cosmetic issues such as marks, scratches, etc will be highlighted in the listing if present.
We use either Royal Mail Tracked, or Parcelforce 48 Tracked. We don`t use yodel or hermes so don`t worry! Iems are usually dispatched the next working day after ordering. So delivery is usually within 2-3 working days from the date of order.
We can only ship to the address provided by ebay with the order details we cannot then change and send to another address.
Check our feedback if you still have any doubts! We are a business so cannot always answer emails over the weekend so please try to ask Monday to Friday during working hours. Finally, unlike many others, we are a genuine UK VAT REGISTERED business!
1. If there is no "buy it now" option, then please don't ask for one as its intended to be an auction which will run until its end time.

If you are outside the UK mainland, then shipping is usually via the Ebay Global Shipping Program where the shipping prices are paid by you direct to ebay, whom then ship the goods to you from a UK hub. If you don`t want to use this option, please ask for a shipping quote BEFORE placing an order.
3. For any item where there is no original packaging the shipping costs include the cost to package the item to ensure safe delivery. No collection service is offered - all items are for delivery to your address only.
4. If you win the auction or buy the item, then you are required to pay! Requests to cancel will be rejected.
5. Should your item arrive damaged or not be working correctly, then please make contact with us first before creating a return or starting a dispute. Although rare, items damaged or not working due to courier handling can usually be resolved amicably without the need for a dispute!
6. Finally, if you are not happy with something, again, please just contact us directly first, explaining what the problem is and what you would like to do. We`ll try to work with you for a solution to keep you happy. Theres no need to be rude or aggressive, if something`s wrong simply make contact and will try to help!

The Hi-Fi Guy Returns procedure
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please ensure that you take reasonable care of any goods we deliver to you. We would request that all goods are returned in a reasonable re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include Sealed products such as Blank Media, CDs, Software. For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on headphones if opened and used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your original order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Our Returns procedure for faulty goods
All faulty goods to be returned to us must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase or if you do not have this, you must provide us with your order number or any relevant information you have to help us track your order details.
We will usually send a pre-paid label for any faulty item that you need to return.
