We accept most payment methods but card payment to our shop is preferred. We use a reputable overnight courier service - items will be dispatched next working day for delivery usually within 2-3 working days from the date of order. You may upgrade the shipping at time of order via the ebay shipping options shown.
Check our feedback if you still have any doubts! We are a business so cannot always answer emails over the weekend so please try to ask Monday to Friday during working hours. Finally, unlike many others, we are a genuine UK VAT REGISTERED business!
1. If there is no "buy it now" option, then please don't ask for one as its intended to be an auction which will run until its end time.

If you are outside the UK mainland, then shipping is usually via the Ebay Global Shipping Program where the shipping prices are paid by you direct to ebay, whom then ship the goods to you from a UK hub. If you don`t want to use this option, please ask for a shipping quote BEFORE placing an order.
3. For any item where there is no original packaging the shipping costs include the cost to package the item to ensure safe delivery. No collection service is offered - all items are for delivery to your address only.
4. If you win the auction or buy the item, then you are required to pay! Requests to cancel will be rejected.
5. Should your item arrive damaged or not be working correctly, then please make contact with us first before creating a return or starting a dispute. Although rare, items damaged or not working due to courier handling can usually be resolved amicably without the need for a dispute!

The Hi-Fi Guy Returns procedure
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please ensure that you take reasonable care of any goods we deliver to you. We would request that all goods are returned in a reasonable re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include Sealed products such as Blank Media, CDs, Software. For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on headphones if opened and used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your original order number.
